We have been waiting and waiting to baptize the girls at the same time so we wouldn't have to do a ceremony more than once, which would prove costly for those traveling from the states. It was great! The girls did so well in the church and because they were older we were able to talk to them about the church, what you do there, and to not be nervous or upset over the water on their heads. After, we thought about having lunch at the golf course right next door, but Alex found an amazing caterer that came to the house and served everything except the wine. He was so good which was a great surprise since we never tried his cooking before the event. He brought everything and set up shop in my kitchen while I was able to actually enjoy the conversation at the table. Highly recommend something like this. All in all it was a great weekend filled with good family memories. Thank you to everyone who was able to be there. |
